About the Award:

The Auntie Connie Bung Sam (本心) Community Award is funded by Auntie Connie’s Pet Care. Just as we care for our neighborhood pets, we believe in deeply investing in the human hearts that make our Seattle communities whole. This award is our way of pouring back into the youth who inspire us every day, and our future.

This $500 scholarship supports graduating high school seniors from Seattle Public Schools who are pursuing higher education, vocational training, or community-focused goals. It is designed to support students who are low-income, first-generation, or otherwise in need. Funds can be used for tuition, supplies, or emergency needs.

How It's Funded (Our Promise) 💖

• 5% of all revenue from Auntie Connie's Pet Care AND Connie & Maze Studio sales goes directly into the scholarship fund. Every time you purchase a candle, resin piece, or perler bead creation, you are directly supporting a Seattle student's future!

• 100% of Community Donations go straight into the fund to help us increase the award amount or support even more graduating seniors.
